Characters Story
For years, the lightning bolt has symbolized the Shocking Difference. Today, Dr. Watts and Joules give that symbol a story and a personality.
After many years of marriage and homeownership, they know that taking care of a home requires both expert workmanship and exceptional care. They may bring different perspectives to home decisions, but they share the same priorities: protecting the people they love, understanding their options, and knowing the job was done right.
“Your panel is the heart of your home,” Dr. Watts always says. As the doctor of home electrical health, he shares the same knowledge, pride, and attention to detail homeowners can expect from the Shocking Difference team. He believes in diagnosing problems thoroughly, explaining them clearly, and finding the right solution to keep your home safe and running smoothly.
Joules knows that how a homeowner is treated matters just as much as the work itself. With her signature pearls, warm personality, and famously high standards, she expects clear communication, respectful service, clean work, and no unpleasant surprises. She believes every homeowner deserves to feel heard, valued, and cared for from the first call to the final walkthrough.
Their polished appearance reflects the first-class standard they believe every homeowner deserves. Dr. Watts brings the electrical expertise, while Joules makes sure the homeowner’s expectations are never forgotten.
They may not always agree on every detail, but they agree on what matters most: when it comes to your home and family, good enough is never good enough. Dr. Watts brings the expertise. Joules keeps expectations high. Together, they bring the Shocking Difference Standard to life.
